Patti Tasko has held a variety of reporting, editing and managerial roles at The Canadian Press, including the job of stylebook editor for almost 20 years. In that position she settled a lot of office bets among grammar aficionados and made enemies north of the French River when she changed CP style to northern Ontario from Northern Ontario.
