Have been involved in all aspects of weather over my entire career.
Started working for Environment Canada as a weather observer,
upper air observer and weather briefer over 32 years ago. Ten years
later, became a weather forecaster. Took a six year hiatus from
Environment Canada to be the on-air meteorologist for A-Channel
Winnipeg. Since 2007, National coordinator of weather services to
media, within Environment Canada’s Meteorological Service of
Canada. Currently working in the National Capital Region.
